Live Grit Swim Club
Swim club is doing it a little different this year. We will be back in force with not one, but two nights of swimming.
Whether you are new to the pool or looking to get faster, the Grit Endurance coaches will help you meet your goals. Each session will have a focus and the drills will be designed to work on the specific technique, such as body position, rotation, or lung capacity. We guarantee you'll leave the pool stronger and more efficient. The workouts are always designed to make you a stronger swimmer, wherever you are starting from.

Mondays & Wednesdays

What to bring
A towel, goggles, and swimsuit. There are full locker rooms and shower facilities.
